The car looks awesome, inside and out! When picking up the car though- I heard some choice language used between staff. When the lady at the counter got my file from the person who gave it to her she said, "Jesus..." under her breath. I didn't know if I did something wrong or? It was awkward. Also, the man who drove my car over was chatting with the other staff and was disgruntled and swore once at least. It just didnt seem so professional. But the updates I received, the work that was done- I would definitely refer you.

Krystal was awesome and great to work with. I never had to call during my repairs because the communication was excellent and I was always kept up to date. They worked with my insurance company and the rental car company so I didn’t have to make any calls to them either. The work was outstanding and my car looks better now than before the accident. We will continue to use Caliber Collision for any future work we need done.
