Jesse Martinez made sure that I was informed about the status of my car almost on a hourly basis. He personally called me ferquently to tell me what the status was and gave me an extimate of when the car would be finished.

First of all, Krystal did an excellent job staying in communications with me. She advised me about different stages of the process so I was well-informed and had a realistic timeframe of when my vehicle would be completed. That was a huge plus to me, because I always felt that I was a valued client throughout the whole process. Being a business owner myself, I look for things like this and sadly, it is so lacking in today’s service world. Krystal gets an A+ in my book! Secondly, they did an outstanding job on my car. There is no evidence of a collision, the workmanship was superb, they completed my car in a reasonable and accurate time frame, my car was delivered clean inside and out, and they made the return of my rental car easy and seamless for me. And finally,Sal, the GM, came out to greet me, make sure my experience was a pleasant one, and reassured me that their service went well beyond the repair. He personally invited me to reach out to him if I had any concerns or requests whatsoever after I left their place. Another A+ for outstanding service! I would highly recommend this location to anyone who has the misfortune of needing bodywork! Thank you for endorsing such a stellar staff!
