Excellent customer service, everyone was very kind and helpful from start to finish. We had been given an estimated date of completion over our planned travel days and asked if there was any possibility to get it a couple of days early and our primary estimator (Alexandra I believe?) got it done for us. Honestly she was amazing and would recommend anyone to use caliber if they need it.

My experience with them was great. Their customer service was excellent and so helpful. Getting your car repairs is not a pleasant experience, but they went out of there way to help me and make it effortless. My car repair was done ahead of the time they gave me and looked great. I dont often deal with people that care about my things as much as I do, or put attention into them beyond “whats required”, but I have to say I am really pleasantly surprised and impressed with Jesse and the team that worked on my truck. There were challenges they found solutions to instead of excuses, and I will say in an industry that they could easily have made my job more money for the company- (which is good, Inget that) they did make sure that they were reasonabke and saved me every place they could. Seriously, hats off to your staff. They are exceptional.
