I wish there were words to express the depth of my gratitude for Jose Cruz and the staff at Caliber Collision on Bandera. Jose did more than he had to; he took ownership of a problem that wasn’t even his and worked with me month after month to correct a poor repair done by a completely different shop. It was a big risk for him to help me and coordinate with the former shop and the insurance company, but he took it upon himself either way. He is patient, kind, and thorough. He demonstrated a rare level of care that is clearly driven by an innate desire to help and serve others. Life has a funny way of leading us right where we need to be, and I couldn’t be more thankful that I was led here. He is honest and, above all, he truly cares. While I hope I never have another collision, if I do, I will come here first because I know I will be taken care of. Thank you, Jose and team!

There were some hiccups and I was getting text messages giving me a different completion date than i was promised but Emmanuel was very consistent in his communications and making sure I was updated. I ultimately got my car earlier than it said I was supposed to and it looked very nice!
