The service advisor assigned, Donald Krock, communicated very often but with unreliable, confusing, and misleading information. When finally pressed for a completion date after the car was at Caliber for 2 1/2 weeks, Donald responded that it was "impossible" to give a completion date. At that point I was forced to spend my time and effort referencing this the the GM, Robert, who came up with the information requested with seemingly little effort. Donald Krock lost all credibility in this situation--I truly got the proverbial "runaround" and that was completely unsatisfactory. Tara at the front desk was always attentive and helpful.
