Mike Sullivan did a fantastic job for us. The other driver’s insurance company was exceedingly difficult to work with but Mike stuck with it until a resolution was finally reached. He also communicated very well with us throughout the entire process. His patience, hard work and grace were all greatly appreciated.

Mike as he prefers which is hard sometimes because im used to calling people sir was very helpful throughout the entire process. he made sure everything was replaced and made sure all my concerns were addressed and I appreciate everything he did. I used another company before this, they tried taking shortcuts but I knew when I took my car to caliber that it was in good hands from day one because Mike made me feel that him and his team would take care of me and they did.
