He communicated and kept me up to date through the whole process. I have 2 more vehicles to get repaired with my insurance company and I will definitely use Caliber Collision with Mike. Mike was a great staff member who thoroughly explained the process of repairing my car. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. My car was ready early and when I found an imperfection, I was able to bring my car in and get it fixed the same day
