Bobby was amazing! He provided clear and timely updates. And he was friendly and professional at all times. I also loved the convenience of having Enterprise on sight because this made the rental process much easier as well. My car looks like new. The man who repaired my car did a fantastic job. He kept me informed of every step. The new paint matches the original perfectly. He deserves a 10 out of 10 rating. The receptionist was efficient and very courteous. It’s important for a company to make a good impression at the first contact. Your receptionist certainly does this. I hope I never again have damage to my car, but if I do I’ll turn to Caliber Collision. I will recommend it to my family and friends.
