Repair was good. I thought communication was good but I started to leave to pick it up at the time I was quoted and could see from my car’s app that it was not at the pick up location so I had to call and found out it was not ready yet due to problems with a 3rd party contractor. My pick up date was pushed back twice due to problems with a “3rd party contractor” for my Tesla. In the future would consider taking my Tesla elsewhere.
