This shop is truly a hidden gem. I’ve had work done at other Caliber locations before and honestly wasn’t satisfied, but this experience was completely different—this team was amazing, and I won’t go anywhere else moving forward. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well-managed from start to finish. Jimmy did an excellent job with communication and kept me informed every step of the way, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. It’s very clear that David’s leadership sets the standard for this team. You can see it reflected in how well everything was managed, the professionalism, and the overall execution of the experience. I especially want to recognize Scott, the body tech. His work is incredible. I’ve been in the car business, and I’ve never seen repairs come out this clean. The damage to the door and side was repaired so seamlessly that the entire area looks completely brand new, with no sign there was ever damage. Highly recommend—5 stars. This is the only location I will recommend, and I would absolutely say to ask for Scott every time.

Scott’s level of skill is truly exceptional. Having been in the car business, I can confidently say it’s rare to see this level of workmanship. The damage to the door and side of the vehicle was repaired so seamlessly that the entire area looks brand new. There is absolutely no visible indication that there was ever damage there. His attention to detail and precision really stand out.
