Samantha and her team were very respectful, quick and very detailed on what needed to be done to my truck. We had issues with my insurance but Samantha was able to still expedite the paperwork to get me my truck in a timely fashion . Definitely happy with the outcome come and the customer care

The staff at the 11511 Old Perrin Beitel Rd location is phenomenal!! They treat you like you’re part of their family!! Sam is AMAZING so understanding and accommodating!! I unfortunately have had to get repairs done on my vehicles a few times and each time I am more amazed at how wonderful and beautiful the work is. They make it look better than when I first purchased my vehicles!! Thank you caliber collision for employing the absolute best of the best!!

I really appreciate all the updates I got from Jimi. The same day they received my Chrysler, I immediately got updates. I got updates on completion date, when it was being disassembled, when it was in paint, and when it was nearing completion. I’ve never seen a body shop actually updating each step. I appreciate being kept in the loop each and every step during this process which is why I’ll always choose Caliber for any repairs I need.
