Morgan was excellent in sending me updates, is very detail oriented when looking over the vehicles for needed repairs and completed repairs. Also, Morgan is kind and personable which is much appreciated as dealing with the need for vehicle repairs can be stressful.

We needed to replace an exterior mirror cover and I always go to Caliber for body work, so I called Poe to quote the piece and paint it. Perception is reality and Poe made it feel important. The cover was installed only a few days later and it looks like it came with the car. Bottom line, my wife is thrilled! Thanks to everyone involved!

Not knowing what the next questions will be, LOVED the Caliber location I ended up at, but did not care for the one closer to my house (1604 and Military), the lady there is very unhelpful. Also, your app and website are atrocious.
