Seeing it not in the light the car looked fine. However, once it was in the light i noticed so many runs in the clear coat and orange peel. The color that was used/matched/tinted was so far off from the imperial jade mica the car actually is. It does not look good. Poe was awesome to work with but I’m not satisfied with the level of “care” and attention to detail. I’m disappointed and will be calling back tomorrow and/or making arrangements with USAA to drop it back off. As it seemed rushed for the amount of time it was at the shop.

Morgan and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Morgan worked with me as in a less than ideal situation to make sure that my vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and that the condition of the vehicle was restored properly. I would definitely recommend

Caliber Collision performed a botch job, missed damages, and gave me back the car with a loose battery that left me stranded.

The staff lied about the communication the first time I picked up the car, the service advisor claimed he did a test drive when a test drive was not done prior to releasing the car. Which caused me to go back multiple times and talk to the general manager.
