Alex was great and the cars damage has been fixed properly. The only downside is now my mirror adjuster is broke after the car was taken apart and reassembled, which I will need to get fixed elsewhere.

Truly the best experience. They took care of everything in a shorter time frame then initially I was told, and then were transparent about taking something off that didn’t need to be fixed. They even took care of some minor damage not included in the estimate, without changing the price! So happy!

Gerand masterful at Customer service from the initial explanation and attention to detail through the process with follow up and final delivery. I have not witnessed Customer service of this degree for quite some time. Caliber is a great name for the business if everyone on your staff is as good as Jaron. I can tell that those who repaired the vehicle and painted the vehicle also did a fantastic job but I didn’t get to meet them personally. Thank you Caliber
