The process and results were great- no complaints there. I was just very surprised by the cost since I was told it wouldn’t come close to $1,000 and then it ended up exceeding $1,000 by several hundred dollars. Also, the internet is telling me that mirror repairs typically max out around $600, but not sure if my vehicle is considered a luxury vehicle. It’s also possible the extra cost was due to the cleaning of my car, but I didn’t ask for those services. Overall, would still return for future services and will just mentally brace for a much higher price than what I was quoted.

Their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and genuine care for both me and my vehicle were exceptional. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. The paint work was flawless, and it was clear that great care was taken to ensure every aspect of the vehicle was returned in excellent condition. From start to finish, the process was smooth, transparent, and handled with a level of customer service that is increasingly rare to find.
