Eduardo was communicative and I understood everything as we processed through the repairs and receiving parts process. The administrative desk portion was incorrect a couple of times. I received a call for me to bring in my vehicle for appt after my vehicle being at the shop for at least three days. Then upon pick up. The young gal said my vehicle was a Tacoma instead of a Toyota. I assume she rushed in her reading and then somehow my car was listed as green on the file - when in fact it’s grey. So that entire part was messy.

Jeron was amazing during this process. The other drivers car insurance company was a nightmare for me personally. I felt very confident once my car was with Caliber Colision and had Jeron helping me out. He kept me updated on progress every step of the way and my car looks fantastic, he was really informative and walked me through the repairs and process upon pickup which I really appreciated. Job very well done.

You should have told me that taking the door off for his repair would cause the airbag sensor to have to be re-set. Thereby preventing me from resuming the rhythm of my life because now I have to take the car to a second shop.

I retrieved my car from caliber collision and I was pleased to find it ready before the schedule date. The service was great and I don't have any complaints. Based on my initial assessment,the vehicle appears to be functioning properly and I hope it continues to perform well. My vehicle was completed much quicker than expected and it seems to be in perfect condition. The only con was some lack of communication, as I was not contacted with updates frequently. However, the extremely earlier-than expected completion date was a present surprise.
