I’ve worked with the original team before it was Caliber (Monterey Collision) and I’ve ALWAYS found them professional, and yet personable. They are good people and I hope you don’t try and “commercialize “ them too much. I don’t like when I feel that people are being “forced” to be overly friendly and caring. These people don’t need that as they are just fine the way they are.
