Everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I really could not have asked for better communication from the office staff(especially Courtney?) and Robert. The young lady who answers the phone ( I am so sorry i forget her name) was extremely kind, compassionate, and helpful. And Robert, the manager stayed in constant communication with me. I recieved email updates as well. Everyone was really great. It meant so much to me to feel that my son's vehicle was in good hands, considering that I am in Chicago and was handling this for him, as he is serving in the military in California. It measns a lot. Thank you.
