It looks brand new-- they even had to color match a custom car color and it looks perfect. Haven't tested the sensors yet in the bumper though

Heather and Rosie were great! Both professional and customer focused. Just some great customer service and Team. Got into an accident towing my boat with my truck and although there was no physical damage, Rosie knew right away I needed my truck frame measured and tow hitch checked. Highly recommend coming to the Oceanside location. 10+ rating.

My vehicle looks awesome. The repairs were mostly cosmetic and it looks like new. Mario kept communications open with me which is important. Also, Repairs were done in a timely matter. So glad this caliber was an option for my ford Ranger.

Spencer was so incredibly nice and was able to get my passenger window completely replaced within the hour. I was on a time crunch, came in an hour early and left by the time my appointment time was scheduled. I felt bad coming early and was truly not expecting him to be able to squeeze me in but he did. Phenomenal - also the front desk woman was incredibly sweet and so nice to talk to while I waited.

Caliber is in a class unto itself for excellence in repairs and refinishing ,and in communicating with the customer. I hate the circumstances which occur when I need them, but they make repairs to look like nothing ever happened.
