Spencer was so incredibly nice and was able to get my passenger window completely replaced within the hour. I was on a time crunch, came in an hour early and left by the time my appointment time was scheduled. I felt bad coming early and was truly not expecting him to be able to squeeze me in but he did. Phenomenal - also the front desk woman was incredibly sweet and so nice to talk to while I waited.

Caliber is in a class unto itself for excellence in repairs and refinishing ,and in communicating with the customer. I hate the circumstances which occur when I need them, but they make repairs to look like nothing ever happened.

I’ve always counted on Caliber Collision to do a stellar job on collision repairs whenever someone hit my car and it’s their fault! On top of excellent communication on text messages to keep me informed every step of the way, Spencer was a pleasure to work with on this job to its full completion in 2 weeks. Caliber’s quality is seen on the front entrance with USAA as a business partner giving USAA Auto Insurance Policy Holders like me a Lifetime Warranty if a problem ever arises with this repair.
