I’ve always counted on Caliber Collision to do a stellar job on collision repairs whenever someone hit my car and it’s their fault! On top of excellent communication on text messages to keep me informed every step of the way, Spencer was a pleasure to work with on this job to its full completion in 2 weeks. Caliber’s quality is seen on the front entrance with USAA as a business partner giving USAA Auto Insurance Policy Holders like me a Lifetime Warranty if a problem ever arises with this repair. I appreciate how I was being kept informed on the work progress, Alex was a pleasure to work with.. I’m very happy how the damaged area looks perfect now. Although it was not done properly the first time, they fixed the problem and made it right. I would also suggest that it’s important to keep the car clean, my carpet and door step was full of mud.. It was easily cleaned, but it’s kind of inconsiderate to leave a dirty car.

Great and fast service. Spencer was flawless, fast, friendly, professional. My rear-end repair was completed early within just 3 days. Super impressed with entire operation including the super clean and organized office. It was so nice and quiet I asked if the repair shop was off site.
