Was sad my vehicle needed collision repair but glad I chose Caliber Collision San Marcos (CA) North to repair it. I was able to quickly obtain an appointment for an estimate. At this appointment I met my service advisor, Spencer Castrellon. Spencer was courteous, empathetic, and professional from that initial visit, and throughout the time it was being repaired. I appreciated the updates Spencer sent via texts, especially the news that my vehicle was ready for pick up 4 days earlier than the initial 10 day timeframe! Thank you Spencer for making an unpleasant issue more palatable. I definitely would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of vehicle restoration!

The Call center that scheduled my initial appointment confirmed verbally that my appointment was at the Las Posas shop twice, but they had no info on it when I showed up because I was supposed to be at the Vallecitos shop. It all worked out, and everything else was great, but it was a little frustrating at first.
