Caliber collision was the most dissatisfying company I’ve worked with. Manager and other guy were okay talking but they could hold their employees to a higher standard when working on vehicles and inspect vehicle better before returning to owner. Technicians scratched my truck disassembling it and never notified me about the damage. When picked it up there was a huge paint drip rotary marks from buffing and missing clear coat because they when to deep when buffing, over spray on plastics and windows. Absolutely the worst work I’ve ever seen. I should have just repaired it myself with a harbor freight hammer and dolly and a spray paint can. I hope your company reads my feedback and changes it for the future customers because I know I’m telling my friends, family and worst enemy to choose any other company.

If there was a 0 on the scale I would use that. I have never seen a body shop mess up a vehicle so many times. I could have fixed it better in my garage with a spray paint can and a harbor freight hammer and dolly! The fact that you technicians scratched my truck disassembling it and not telling me is completely unprofessional. All the over spray is ridiculous. The new dents that you guys caused when reassembling my truck is horrible craftsmanship in your company. I hope that my insurance company quits using you guys as a collision center because my experience was horrible and I can only imagine how many people you’ve turned over bad work too. Caliber collision is a 0 out of 10
