I’ve got to give a shout out to Ray as he was exceptional. Completely professional and knowledgeable across the board. Relatable and humorous. It’s not always just about getting down to business, it’s about building relationships and good conversation. It’s easy to get negative feedback and it multiplies but that positive feedback should be noted as it doesn’t travel as quickly. There was a customer service representative at the front desk as well and she was quite nice and accommodating. Forgive me as I forget her name but she should not be forgotten here.

Yes my car was repaired in the time frame that was proposed. I received updates and everything went smooth. The job looks prefect. My only question is forgot to ask was if there are any precautions with new paint like waxing or cleaning. I’ll contact Monday for that. Thank you Caliber Collision!
