1. Receptionist promised to scan and send copies of forms I signed. Did not do it. 2. I was understanding that repair plan would be discussed prior to work. In fact, work was 50% completed before I contacted rep to find out what plan was.

The vehicle looked great after the repair, almost new, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that, not only had they washed the outside of the vehicle but had cleaned the inside as well. A nice touch. Great job!

The staff was amazing! Special shout out to Jay and the front office admin! They were amazingly helpful. They reassured me I was in good hands! I'm normally a worry wart. I felt totally comfortable leaving them with my car! Great service!
