The shop mgr & case managers were AMAZING! The front office lady was incompetent & not at all friendly.

The front had not been fixed due to "miscommunication." Plastic bumper guards were removed from the opposite side of my vehicle without my permission because they couldn't order the replacements one. The door will not open on the side that was repaired.
