While they kept me informed & made me completely comfortable in their office, there was some confusion over a car rental. I was sent to Enterprise with both kids & giant car seats, only to be told that there was no actual car for me to rent. The "car" that they had was a massice Econo van. Enterprise informed me that they had told whoever set up the rental with them this fact, but this was not relayed to me. I did not need a car but a ride back to my house. I was willing to rent a car because frankly it would've cost the same to rent a car for a day or two as the taxi ride cost me. It was have saved me at least an hour, many tears, upset kids, and a lot of stress if whoever set up the car rental had been frank with me at the start.

Very good with cmunicating status of work. Very courteous and cordial. Slight inconvenience due to your nit being open on Saturday- even if just for a half day for picking up vehicle
