First, your customer service is phenomenal! Every rep I spoke and corresponded with, namely Noel, was informative, knowledgeable about every step of the process from drop off to pick up, and they were accommodating as well. Dropping me off at Enterprise and allowing me to leave the rental at the shop, was so smooth a transaction! I felt supported and treated well and respectfully, and I was kept apprised of the work to be done regularly, so I never doubted that my car was in excellent hands.
