Doing the minimum amount of work doesn’t really offer me to recommend Caliber as most shops would do the minimum. The extra effort is what makes that recommendation or not. I had previously went to your other shop and the gentleman had recommended to polish/buff my headlights and why I came back. Perhaps that was a minor thing and blending the hood was not.

Worked out the minimum requirements to get the job done but would have been nice to have blended my hood since the entire front bumper, headlights, and grill got replaced. Communication from all the offices was great as my vehicle was moved to get work started during the holiday.

Jose Chavez was wonderful to work with on 12/6 and Angie Vargas was great on 12/7. The parts were ordered on 12/6, delivered on 12/7 and my car was ready at 4:00 on 12/7. Also, my car looks and smells new, except for all of my clutter. The team vacuumed and wiped down all surfaces. I was grateful and very impressed.
