The experience started off well being recommended by others with good service. Unfortunately that did not continue, I was told my car was ready 4 times before actually receiving the car. I returned the rental car, and still did not receive the vehicle. The communication started off well with updated but fell through the cracks when problems occurred. Hoping this wont be a experience others will be offered too.

Car was told it was ready 4x and it wasn't ready. Returned my rental since the car was "ready" went to the body shop to pick up the car 2 times and it wasn't ready.

Didn’t fix curb rash they “supposedly”were gonna fix didn’t replace both light they also said we’re gonna replace and bumper keep popping out .
