I was very satisfied from the first service, they were very attentive. my car was in the repair for 1 week and during that time I was updated on everything every day by Mr Mario. The team at Caliber Collision did an amazing job in getting my car back to me in a timely manner, the repairs were done very well. The car looks new again. The communications from Phillip Wong at San Pablo was excellent, he kept me informed at every step. I also appreciated Pine Street in Walnut Creek, CA - they were back up so helped me get my car fixed as swift as possible by sending it to San Pablo. Appreciate Caliber Collision.

Everything went well besides an incorrect placement of Prius name tag. Nothing like the original. However, Phillip’s prompt responses and excellent customer service to have the issue resolved upon arrival of replacement parts to get it correctly fixed has given me a peace of mind during the stressful process. No one wants to go through collision repairs and if we do, we want it back the way it was before. Hopefully the parts arrive sooner than expected but I do love the emails of keeping me updated and in the lieu of things regarding my vehicle has been excellent!
