The car took longer than expected. The original estimator ended up not being with the company and wasn't updated until several days later. Was charged 2 deductibles. Had to investigate why. Got one of the deductibles refunded because of something that happened in 2022 with the car that has nothing to do with the original accident. I ended up paying for an additional 2 weeks for my rental because the care wasn't done. As the customer, I had to deal with the problems.

I was told that the bumper needed to be replaced and was ordered, along with a shock and driver side finder, light and more. Then I was told, the could repair the bumper, and the shock was good. I got the car back, but upon inspection the next day with my glasses on, they just paided it, poorly and did not even bother to adjust or fill and damages caused by the accident.
