Darius was my point of contact. Great disposition and knows his stuff. There were some communication missteps. I was very clear with some of the items I wanted done my insurance would not cover but willing to pay to have the work done. I didn't understand how the lower part of my vehicle was ok to paint, but not my passenger door. I was very clear I wanted it painted, but Darius said Caliber couldn't do it when I picked up my vehicles so it didn't get done. Yes an entire paint job would have been the better decision, but seeing that bottom painted and not the top just didn't register for me it was what I wanted. This happened a couple of times in our exchanges. I am pleased with the work and I would use Caliber again.

After contacting multiple body shops near my work area I noticed they all lacked the customer service and professionalism I was looking for . However once I contacted Caliber Collision the receptionist was able to get me in for a drop off the next day plus was able to answer any questions I had at the time she was super friendly and was even able to accommodate me with a ride last minute to pick up my rental the day of that was a plus ! The driver was also very kind and professional. Darius was professional from the moment I arrived , he was communicative was constantly keeping me updated with the repairs of my car . I hope I don’t have any incidents with body work but if I do I will definitely bring my car back to Caliber and will be recommending to all my family and friends .

The entire team (especially Darius) was fantastic! Everyone was informative and kept me in the loop the entire time which was great and allowed me to plan accordingly for pick up. The whole process from getting an estimate, thru completion was very easy, especially when it came to relating information to my insurance which I didn’t have to worry about. It was a pleasure to work with caliber collison, from start to finish. Darius and the team were nice, informative, and kept me updated on the progress of my car the entire time. There was a small chip in the paint where the repair was done and the windshield wiper reservoir was cracked - leaking upon return. This crack likely was missed in the appraisal of work needed.

George communicated with me regularly and got the job done ahead of schedule, and Karen worked her magic when Maita Toyota had part delivery issues to get my car back just in time for a family trip.
