Our parts were delayed twice so we had to pay for a car rental for an extra week. More than $500 extra. But our car was still drivable so that was completely unnecessary

Hello Caliber Team San Pablo, This was my first time taken my car for services at Caliber. The entire Teams was great and efficient. My advisor Darius Bright was awesome and great customer service. He greeted me from the start with a smile and great communicator. Darius would texted me to inform what stage my car is in the fixings process. The office staffs was friendly and the front line mechanics Kevin and I forgot the other gentleman name did a excellent job on my car frontal.
