This place is completely unprofessional when it comes to communication and explaining policies. They did not explain that they will be going inside my car, cleaning my vehicle, moving things around in my car as a courtesy they went in my car and moved all of my personal belongings, which was my personal mail. My mail was missing when I picked up my vehicle. They had went all inside my car, moving things around all in my glove department. I am completely upset that I do not have my mail in my mail is stolen out of my vehicle. This is a big inconvenience to me and my family not only was in my mail. That’s missing. I also have family members mail that’s missing as well that gets sent to my house. One of the workers there was completely rude to me very unprofessional. I will never recommend this place again, and I am in the process of taking this company to court.

I will be taking this company to court. I am completely upset. My mail was stolen out of my car and moved it around. They went inside of my glove box all inside of my car. This is completely unacceptable. I did not authorize them to clean the inside of my car as a courtesy, they did not call or contact me to let me know before they get to move in things in my car. This is not right
