Francisco had great customer service skills, I think some of the issues/delays were beyond his control but still it was an inconvenience for me.

Francisco, who is the guy who assisted me, is great. Friendly and with good customer service skills. If anything I would say keeping the customer more informed on what was going on with repairs as I found myself having to call in to see if my car would be ready, which the completion date changed a few times. Still after repairs the molding that was replaced is not the same color as the original moldings. Francisco is working on getting another replacement to see if this can be corrected as the difference is quite noticeable.

Once we got car home, we discovered some flaws that need correcting. On right rear quarter panel there is 1) some crud in one spot of paint, and 2) a nearby spot that has what appears to be some stress cracks. Where should we take it to be corrected? We live over 300 miles from where it was repaired.
