I was very happy with caliber collision. It is a stressful time after getting into a car accident and they made everything extremely smooth, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and were so friendly. Major shoutout to Dominique who took care of me during the process, she was so kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to listen to me and help find solutions to my concerns about my car. Even once it was done and returned to me she told me to call her and she could help me with finding another headlight for my car (one side had to be replaced and the other is very old so one front half of my car looked brand new and the other headlight needs replacing). I am very happy with my experience here, thank you Dominique !

Trim was glued back onto car because “clips were broken. I’m not sure why this wasn’t replaced. Parts of the new bumper do not sit flush. Panel gap not uniform.

They went above and beyond. Not only was the collision damage repaired to perfection, the car was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. It looked like it did the day I bought it. Great work!! On a scale of one to ten, they get a 15.
