The work was completed satisfactorily, and the vehicle was returned extremely clean, which we appreciated. The only concern we had was that the estimated return date was extended by about one week, and we were not contacted with any updates or explanation during that time regarding the status of the vehicle. At times, it felt as though I had to initiate all communication myself, and I even felt like I was being a bother for checking in. This was a bit frustrating for us, especially since the car was in the shop for 10 days for bumper repairs and we did not have a rental car covered by our insurance.

Deland shop was great, Sanford not so much, guy had bad customer service skills. Talking over me and speaking loudly when I asked questions. Got the job done but came across as rude.

Call sustained significant damage in the accident after the repairs were done the car was painted you couldn't tell it was in an accident no orange peel everything is smooth as can be drives great everything works did a great job
