Caliber collision was excellent and did a great job and stayed in communication regularly for status updates. Liberty mutual was very helpful and aided me 100% with my claim.

My only comment, To let the customer know that it will take extra time because there is additional damage underneath.The estimate that was submitted….. Not to blame it on the QC why the car is still at the shop for an extra 3days. Let Daniel know… she did an excellent job answering the phone and making me feel welcome to your establishment.
