The staff at Caliber was very friendly and professional. Each person always took their time to explain each aspect of the process to me. I consistently received updates on the progress of their work. Arranging for and picking up the rental car directly at Caliber was so convenient. The completed work on my truck is extremely high quality and represents skilled technicians. The entire Caliber team that I worked with went above and beyond good customer service. I would highly recommend Caliber to anyone.

1st location,, longwood was overly busy and no parking for guests or customers. When car was transfered location for service, i was hoping for a better experience.. it was.. phone calls returned and professional service.. Car looked beautiful. Fully detailed was a nice touch. Thank you.

Didn't begin this way. Longwood location would say they would call me back and didn't. Alot of confusion as to how they processed claims with Silver rock. I had to wait several weeks to work a resolution. I had to involve corporate.
