Caliber Collision in Sanford is by far the best collision repair shop around. They will accept your Enterprise Rent-a-car vehicle when you pick yours up after it being repaired from the shop which is awesome. Saves a lot of time. The place sends a text message daily with updates. Just that little communication helped me rest easy knowing they were working on it and at the very least have it. I would highly recommend this facility for any bod work. They even detailed the inside. I'm pretty happy about that!

I appreciated the phone calls every time something was about to happen! Excellent service! However, when it came time to pick up my van, I knew I had to bring a $500 check. I was not informed to bring another check that was coming from my insurance company. I believe it was a lack of communication from both my insurance and the repair shop. I should have been informed about this check in advance. I received a phone call about everything else except this check, making an awkward situation.
