The work was well done. Job finished ahead of schedule which was a huge help. I was kept informed. Excellent customer service. One negative- battery was drained during the repairs. That absolutely should not have ever happened. On the billing and even estimate details, there was an item that was even billed for 0.1 hours of labor "disconnect battery". That was billed, but obviously was not done, or the battery never would have been zeroed in such a short time. Just overlooked I'm sure, not a huge deal, but it was a billed item that wasn't actually done, which casts doubt onto how many other procedures might actually be skipped or shortcutted.
