When I took my car in, it was very early and they were meeting as a group, I think his name was Rob, he left the meeting and right away started taking care of my needs, everything went great and very quickly.

My vehicle looks great, and the repair looks flawless. Rob and the front desk team were friendly and helpful. The repair was delayed 3 days. While things do happen, which is understandable, communication of the delay initiated by Caliber would be appreciated. Otherwise, job well done.

After getting home and seeing the paint in the sun, I noticed these bumps all along the repaired area. Running my hand along this spot, I feel the bumps as well. As well as this, the black stripping between the windows which was replaced now has a bump under it from a piece of debris that was left under it I would assume.

They were friendly and have a good warranty, however the repair quality was sub par.

The repair looks good from a distance, however at an angle you notice bumps, which you can feel when running your hand across the repaired area. The black tape by the window also was replaced and has a bump under it now as well.

I think the Caliber Collision in Sanford is an exceptional auto shop. Mr. Rob, the service advisor was extraordinary as he was kind and helped me by not only handling the repair process of my vehicle but also by fixing a small part of my vehicle not covered by insurance. I am highly happy with my car’s repair and if needed, I would go back to Caliber Collision for service. I highly recommend Mr. Rob and the Caliber Collision in Sanford.
