Leo was the person that stayed in touch with me. I'm in my 70's and retired. I purchased my truck new. I was rear ended in a hit and run. Leo totally took care of me. I thought shop detailed car as part of the guarantee program. Asked tech to inspect under front of car as it was pushed into rebar, but that wasn’t done. Tech much nicer at pickup than at drop off.
