Customer service is excellent - Stephanie, at the front desk went beyond helping me since I am almost deaf. I am glad I found Caliber Collision for my car repair, and Miguel was very thorough in examining my car to get the right repairs done. They did an excellent job.

It was a great experience to work with Caliber Collision. They are kind and very professional. Stefanie at the front desk was very helpful and patient with me because I am almost deaf. Miguel examined my car, a great listener, asked questions and offered suggestions. I hope I don’t have to use this advice again, but if I do, Caliber Collision will be my first choice. Well I want to start by saying Eric and your whole staff at this location were extremely welcoming and took care of everything for me. So I didn’t even have to think twice about it. Eric did such a great job keeping updated on my cars status and they even got the repairs done a day early which I really liked. I will be recommending your shop to all my family and friends. The adjuster was very friendly and carefully observed my car’s damage. He was professional and handle my needs in a thoughtful manner. The manager at the Santa Ana facility personally checked my car for the quality of worked completed.
