Well I want to start by saying Eric and your whole staff at this location were extremely welcoming and took care of everything for me. So I didn’t even have to think twice about it. Eric did such a great job keeping updated on my cars status and they even got the repairs done a day early which I really liked. I will be recommending your shop to all my family and friends. The adjuster was very friendly and carefully observed my car’s damage. He was professional and handle my needs in a thoughtful manner. The manager at the Santa Ana facility personally checked my car for the quality of worked completed.
