My first experience with Caliber was perfect, but when it came to the car rental through enterprise wasn’t satisfactory at all, but then I had another incident where I had to go through empire and empire did me very well. I love the service they gave me a new car they were very nice and I was very satisfied with the work that Caliber did for my car. It was done on time they took one week exactly and I was very satisfied with all repairs so thank you Caliber. You guys did a great job. I will come back to you if any other incident happens.

The check engine light went on and never had any issues before the repairs. The representative was clueless. Going to take it to a Toyota dealer and see what they did to make the check engine light on.

Bumper not placed back correctly and have a big gap. Damages on the window trim. Paint left overs on the mirror. Tire trim sticking out. Thinking that everything is finally back to normal, is just not the case this time.
