From start to finish being received in your waiting room by Melissa your service advisor that took the car in the updates that you guys provided calling me to let me know the car was ready accepting the car while the window was being repaired. The entire experience was wonderful. I would definitely bring my car back to you guys again I’m praying I don’t have to, but I would thank you so very much.

It’s more on the service… no communication from caliber collision unless I called. Enterprise rent a car tells me when the rental car is due for return, I guess my car is ready and that’s when I call the collision center. Otherwise I will just guess. Initial work was subpar (misaligned). Had to refuse it initially… when I came back a couple of days after non communication when the car is ready… they told me it was replaced… but it’s the same… maybe less crooked but… oh well…. I’m just done with waiting and took the car… as long as the sensors are working.. little issue with aesthetics won’t really hurt…
