I did not feel that they were helpful in dealing with a problematic insurance company. I had the car towed to another facility who had approval from the insurance company within 48.

I am very happy with the repairs done on my truck! The whole experience was extremely good from the customer service going over the repairs needed the communication while the work was being done to some things being missed on the original estimate due to the work being done at a sister shop to the repairs being caught by the communication and still completed in a very timely manner with 100% satisfaction to the finished job. My truck looks awesome and I really appreciate your guys work and customer service as well!! Thank you very much and I’m going to bring my truck back for body work needed that’s existing when I have the money. Thanks again
