After my car was hit, I was really worried about finding a reputable auto shop to handle the repairs. My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision, and after reading the reviews, I felt a bit more at ease. When I dropped off my car, the team was very informative about the entire process from checking in with Anita to the walkthrough with Adrian. It’s clear that Caliber prides itself on excellent customer service and a customer-centered approach. When I picked up my car, it was not only repaired but also washed and vacuumed! I’m very happy with the finished product and my car looks like new again, if not better.
